Dog Park Dudes Return With Ethereally Epic Plea To The Beyond

From the guys who brought you "Tarzan", Beami & Mr Noey unite once again - this time trading the jungle for the heavens

After having so much fun creating early August's "Tarzan", fresh D.C. resident Beami & Austin-based producer Mr Noey joined forces yet again for a new single.

Featuring passionate trombone, loving piano, otherworldly choirs and Beami's deep, raw vocal delivery, "Good God" takes you on a spacey, yet familiar, journey of man wrestling with the concept of God.

Tell me all your valuable secrets

There's nowhere better to keep it and preach it

The world wants to read, and believe its all true

To trust it and feel it and be one with you

As Beami progressed to leave his hometown of Austin in pursuit of bigger triumphs, opportunities and peace, he dropped by Mr Noey's one last time to tap back into the magic that transpired the last time the two cooked up at the studio. What happened this time around resulted in the emergence of a sound very different from the bongos & funky groove of "Tarzan".

"Personally, I've been striving to get in a clearer headspace regarding my relationship as a human being with the universe that I exist in. Through all of the changes and transitions happening in my life right now, I've been running on faith more than food or rest, at times", Beami shared. "I wrote something that reflects that feeling, which, I believe, is one we all experience and go through at different levels and moments in our time here on Earth."

"I think the systemic and controlling narratives of religions and governments all over the world have warped our perceptions and connections with truth, nature and the concept of God itself. To me, humans' relationship with God feels simpler, more direct and more collaborative, as well as maybe a bit more personal, than these large entities tend to shove down to us and encourage us to believe. We are natural beings in a natural world."

With his first performance at the Kennedy Center behind him, and a whole new life ahead of him, Beami is grateful to have been able to make another track with his dog park pal before leaving his hometown.

It's heavenly", Mr Noey summarized simply. "It's for the whole universe."

So what's the genre, you ask?

"Umm, alternative space gospel, I guess," Beami contemplatively suggests.
